Franklin Law understands that there can be no justice without access to justice. Ron knows that many of his clients are of limited financial means and have financial obligations that make it difficult for them to afford lawyers' fees and pursue the redress they deserve. That's why Franklin Law provides a variety of options for workers including referrals, telephone and in-person consultations and full representation.

Referrals

Often times workers come to Franklin Law unaware of legal and non-legal resources in the community that can provide them with the support they require. Part of Ron's commitment to workers is to always attempt to point workers towards the most cost-effective means of securing the redress they seek, even if it doesn't include Franklin Law. In-Person Consultations

Sometimes there's simply no substitute for the legal advice and representation that Franklin Law can provide. But before Ron can represent you, you'll need to tell him about your experience so that he can fully understand the strengths and weakness of your case. Only then can he work with you to brainstorm effective options that best meet your needs. And only then can you make an informed decision whether or not to retain or hire Franklin Law. All of these steps take time. Franklin Law provides an initial in person consultation for up to one (1) hour for a flat fee of $175.00. After the initial hour has elapsed, you will be charged an additional fee at a rate of $175 per hour in six minute increments.

Full Representation

Franklin Law offers a variety of payment options to help workers pursue the redress they deserve. Ron typically does not enter into contingency agreements except in exceptional circumstances. However, he is always open to working with you to devise a payment plan that meets your unique needs. If after consulting with Ron, you decide to retain or hire Franklin Law, he typically will require an up front retainer fee. While the retainer fee will vary with the nature and complexity of the case, in most cases it will be at least $1500.00. Regardless of your financial situation, you can be assured that once you retain Franklin Law, you will receive exceptional service.
