Occupational Health & Safety Law

Ron Franklin completed a Master of Health Science degree in Occupational and Environmental Health prior to obtaining his law degree. Over a period of six years, he worked as an industrial hygienist, health and safety consultant and health and safety manager for a number of companies in the automotive, energy, heavy manufacturing and healthcare industries in Canada and the United States. Ron's “hands on” health and safety experience and his knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act enables Franklin Law to provide workers with insightful and practical advice with respect to identifying, assessing and control occupational hazards and resolving health and safety issues in the workplace. Franklin Law is particularly adept at developing and delivering health and safety-related training to workers and developing polices, programs and procedures aimed at protecting workers' health and safety.
